C-SUITE ▍ EFFECT LIBRARY · PHASE 1 — STRUCTURAL DISPLACEMENT

ASDF Pixel Sort

Pixel sorting rearranges runs of pixels by brightness, hue, or saturation until the image streaks like it's melting in a specific direction. C-Suite's take is the classic ASDF approach: thresholds decide where a run starts and stops, so you steer the chaos instead of drowning in it.

Sort at any angle — and only the sorted streaks get recomposited, so the rest of the frame stays crisp instead of getting softened by the rotation. Stack it with masks, drive its parameters from audio in Glaedr, or hold a seed you like and save the recipe.

Structural Displacement effects move the picture itself — pixels, blocks, and scanlines leaving their assigned seats. In C-Suite they stack with every other phase, take masks, and (in Glaedr) ride LFOs or the audio, so the destruction lands exactly where and when you choose.
