Block Displacement

Block Displacement rips rectangular chunks of the frame out of their seats and reseats them wrong — the look of a video stream whose blocks arrived out of order. Size and scatter are parameters, so it scales from subtle unease to full structural collapse.

Structural Displacement effects move the picture itself — pixels, blocks, and scanlines leaving their assigned seats. In C-Suite they stack with every other phase, take masks, and (in Glaedr) ride LFOs or the audio, so the destruction lands exactly where and when you choose.
