Telecine (3:2 Pulldown)

Telecine reproduces the artifact of dragging 24fps film onto 30fps video: the 3:2 pulldown cadence, its judder, its blended fields. It's the invisible texture of decades of broadcast — invisible, that is, until you've seen it, and then it's everywhere.

Structural Displacement effects move the picture itself — pixels, blocks, and scanlines leaving their assigned seats. In C-Suite they stack with every other phase, take masks, and (in Glaedr) ride LFOs or the audio, so the destruction lands exactly where and when you choose.
